Buenos Aires, January 12 (NA) – San Lorenzo's board member, Ulises Morales, stated that Colombian central defender Jhohan Romaña is "a bad guy" amidst rumors linking him to a possible move to River Plate in the current transfer window. As Argentina News Agency (NA) was able to find out and confirmed by the specialist on 'Ciclón' Gian Pantano, the official attacked the defender during an open meeting held by the blue and red club's Board of Directors. "Romaña is a bad guy. He did everything possible to leave for free, he makes a circus on the field," Morales stated during a meeting that counted with the participation of 30 partners, held at the Polideportivo Roberto Pando. Meanwhile, the 27-year-old central defender made a controversial post through his official Instagram account. "They had to speak ill of me to look good with others," Romaña wrote on social media along with hearts in the colors of the Boedo club. Sergio Costantino, who heads San Lorenzo's CD after the Extraordinary Assembly of last Tuesday, December 23, was consulted about Morales' statements. The leader limited himself to saying: "It is the personal opinion of a Board of Directors member." What the current president did make clear is that River's offer for Romaña exists, but it is not enough for the Cyclone's directors.
